Meat bag

Cook meat in the bag….a new concept I recently discovered at Trader Joe’s: Beef Tri Tip Roast.

So yeah, bake it in the INSIDE plastic bag (note: there’s another plastic bag inside…)

Here’s the tri tip roast and onion ready to be baked:

Hmmm…and after ~1 hour…wala!  Serve with creamy horseradish.  DA BOMB.
